Q. How big are spnKiX?
A. They are about the size of a big pair of boots, 9″W x 10.5″H x 9.5″L (each).

Q. Age limitation?
A. spnKiX are designed for people age 16 years and older.

Q. How long does the battery pack in each spnKiX last?
A. You can go about 6 to 7 miles per charge depending on the angle of the surface you are rolling on and rider’s weight. Uphill vs. straightaway vs. downhill.

Q. How long does it take to charge the battery pack?
A. It takes around 4 to 5 hours to charge the battery pack. The battery packs are removable so you can get more if you need them.

Q. What shoe sizes will fit in spnKiX?
A. Currently, spnKiX fit shoe sizes: Men 6-14 (US/CA) 38.5-46 (EURO) 5.5-13.5(UK) 24-31.5(JP); Women 7-15.5(US/CA) 37.5-48.5(EURO) 4.5-13 (UK) 23-31(JP). Down the line, we will accommodate more sizes.

Q. What is the rider weight limit for spnKiX?
A. We recommend no more than 200lbs.

Q. What is the spnKiX max speed?
A. spnKiX can travel up to 10 mph. The remote has continuously variable speed control.

Q. Can I do tricks on spnKiX?
A. We do not recommend doing tricks with spnKiX, but ultimately it’s up to you to decide on how you want to use them.

Q. Are spnKiX waterproof?
A. Light rain or wet pavement on the street shouldn’t be a problem. But spnKiX cannot be soaked in water.

Q. Do spnKiX have brakes?
A. spnKiX can be slowed down in three different ways: You can push the remote button backward to slow down to stop. You can take your finger off of the hand held controller which will slow you down pretty quickly. You can also use the stopper located on the heel, which replaces the training wheel, to slow you down. This works similar to the brake on a pair of roller skates.

Q. What type of warranty do spnKiX have?
A. spnKiX come with a 90 day limited manufacture warranty. ACTON warrants to the original purchaser of products that products sold from the Site shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one 90 days from purchase. If buyer claims that a product is defective, ACTON, upon written notice from buyer, will issue shipping instructions to buyer for the return of the product to ACTON at buyer’s sole expense. ACTON’s sole obligation under its warranty shall be, at ACTON’s sole discretion to either repair the product, replace the product or refund the price. This limited warranty shall not apply to any product not manufactured by ACTON or any of ACTON’s products or components thereof which has been repaired or altered by anyone or to any product or component thereof that has been subject to alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. This warranty is buyer’s exclusive remedy and ACTON hereby expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. In no event, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), equity, indemnity, warranty, and strict liability or other theory, shall ACTON be liable to the buyer for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages whatsoever including, without limitation, loss of profit or revenue. The foregoing shall constitute the sole remedy of the buyer and the sole liability of ACTON. Only the terms expressed in this limited warranty shall apply and no distributor, corporation or individual is authorized to amend, modify or extend this limited warranty in any way on resale.

Q. Returns & Exchanges?
A. We love that you are rocking spnKiX! We take pride in our products and fully stand behind them.

If you believe you receive manufacturing defect spnKiX, please contact us at customerservice@spnkix.com within 5 business days of purchase, we will trouble shoot or provide exchange instruction within 24 hours of receiving your email, please write “spnKiX- manufacturing defect”on the subject line.

If spnKiX are in good condition, ACTON, INC. will only accept return of unused and undamaged products that are returned in the original packaging. Purchaser must follow this return procedure: Within five business days after receipt of the Product, Purchaser must contact ACTON, INC. at customerservice@spnkix.com and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. After Purchaser receives an RMA number from ACTON,INC., Purchaser must return the Product to ACTON, INC. in an unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. The Product must be delivered back not later than five business days after the RMA is issued. ACTON, INC. will not cover the return shipping.Upon receipt of the returned Product, ACTON, INC. shall inspect the returned Product to confirm that it is unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Upon such confirmation, and provided the Purchaser has followed the procedure set forth in this Policy, ACTON,INC. shall credit Purchaser for the purchase price.If Purchaser returns Product that is used, damaged, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in accord with this section, then ACTON, INC. shall not issue any credit to Purchaser and Purchaser shall pay all costs for return shipment of the Product to Purchaser.If you purchased your spnKiX through a certified retailer, please follow their return policy for returns.


Q. Shipping method?
A. ACTON, INC. usually ships products via ground delivery through a variety of carriers (US 5-7 business days). Please email customerservice@spnkix.com for questions about your order and specific shipping and tracking information.
